My Story
FUN FACT! I am a scientist by profession, and have now turned my hand (quite literally) to massage therapy!
However, have always found as a tactile person that I had a gift for making other people feel relaxed. Therefore, just before leaving a full time scientific role, I decided to enrol onto a Sports Massage Therapy course, and I have never looked back. I am fully qualified and insured to help my community look after their bodies and increase their mobility and muscle condition. My clients are so important and I like to build a strong professional rapport with everyone who enters my treatment room. That being said, I am aware some people like to have a nice, quiet massage and enjoy the ambience, which I fully respect.

Within the sports massage provided, I use deep tissue therapy and any trigger point therapy that may be required. I also provide the option to use myofascial cupping and assisted stretching for better post-treatment results.

I also offer deep tissue therapy as its own treatment for those who may not have many niggles, and also for those who want a relaxing full body massage, without focusing on range of motion or any particular muscular issue.
